Scooter Delivery & Service
When you purchase a mobility scooter or power chair from ourselves, this does include delivery by our own mobility staff, fully assembled, tested and a demonstration of your scooter or power chair and one years warranty.
Delivery
Delivery times vary between 2 to 28 days depending on stock availability. We carry most items in stock but sometimes certain items are made to order and can take several days to deliver. If there was going to be a delay in dispatching your order we would notify you of this. If you require an item urgently or by a certain date we recommend that you contact us for stock availability. If for some reason we are unable to meet your required delivery date we will inform you of this and would await your instructions. We have a standard delivery charge of £4.95 (UK mainland) per transaction regardless of the size of your order.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, please return the product to us within 7 days of receipt enclosing a letter stating the reason for return. All returned goods must be received by us unused, in the original undamaged packaging and the product must not be damaged in any way. We do recommend that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery. If you would like us to collect the goods then this would be possible. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.
Please note we cannot take returns of any bathing/toileting/incontinence aids due to cross contamination risks.
If you have any queries on returns please contact us by email enq@northern-mobility.co.uk or by post to our head office at the address below.
